Fitness based - Includes full personal exercise consultation and exercise programme. £50 (allow 1 1/2 hours)
Follow up sessions £45 (1 hr)
Pilates based - Includes full postural assessment + pilates exercise programme £50 (allow 1 1/2 hours)
Follow up session £45 (1 hr)
Pilates Reformer (specialised equipment) for existing Pilates class participants £45 (1 hr)
The success of a client reaching their target is to firstly create a time frame to work to;- an exercise programme for them to follow consistently ;- and a realistic eating plan that they can enjoy. Get this balance just right, you can successfully change their lifestyle to a healthier one without them even noticing. Fad exercise regimes and fad diets don't work in the long term- healthier lifestyles changes do!"
