On a Personal Note Gilly says “I grew up in Devon and was a County runner. I completed my first London Marathon at the age of 21 and was involved in various endurance events at a young age. After being a fitness professional for 34 years my body has had quite a battering but I still love being active and realise that by continually following a Pilates and Stretch programme I can maintain my work schedule and my active hobbies". My hobbies currently are :- trail running and mountain biking over Dartmoor, walking and gardening, but my main passion is windsurfing so if it's windy I'll escape to the sea !!!
